Pharmaceutical rmaceutical e lation <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the charges were made Haat were-requested at the last <br /> meeting. It was actually the previous meeting. Mr. Harrington reviewed the revisions <br /> with the board members. He felt that at this point the board signatures were all that <br /> was necessary. <br /> IIs. Grady asked if they should have a full board before signing the regulation, <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they could vote it to approve 1t. If they wanted to wart <br /> until Mr. ball was present was entirely up to then also. <br /> Mr. Santos went over the revisions again with Mr. Harrington. He thea stated that he <br /> did not feel that Mr:'Ball would have a problem with therm approving the regulation <br /> without being present. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the board of health regulation as printed. Ms. <br /> Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> B. Coffee Roasters Outlet <br /> Mr. Harrington wanted to up-dated the board with the fact that Mr. Demos Young <br /> had connected up to town water, <br /> C. Deer Crossing—Hallar l clan ement <br /> Mr. Santos stated that he had discussed the above captioned matter 'with Mr. <br /> Harrington twice this week. He had requested some timeframes on Deer Crossing <br /> for the six-month in the ground. He asked Mr. Harrington where they were right <br /> now. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the board had voted that Mr. Haj j ar had six-months from <br /> the date of the meeting. Apparently the board couldn't really do that because all <br /> board of health orders had to be given in writing. It was done. It was just he didn't <br /> do it immediately and also he had trouble with the certified nail. It just bought Mr. <br /> Hajjar a little more time because of that delay. light now as of August 119th 2004, is <br /> when he actually received the letter by certified mail. So they were month and <br /> change into the process. He had some more time. If the board wanted to stay a <br /> certain time as far as when Mr. Santos was thinking about what he warted to d <br /> about it, <br /> 1 <br />
