5 <br /> I <br /> plan regarding the do gradient wells. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that it was just part of Regulation ' to have a down gradient <br /> well to sample quarterly water duality. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that the primary problem was that The Flume had not paid <br /> them a penny at this point in time. The two weeks that he was initially late was <br /> probably Mr. Slavinlcsy's fault. He was a little concerned because Mr. McNulty was <br /> telling him the whole story that he couldn't afford to do this. Then Mr. Harrington <br /> stated that he needed to have the plan. They would let the installation go until the <br /> fall. But, thea they had to get the plan in. So, he had some things to add to it. Well, <br /> that was nice. But, when Mr. McNulty cane across with what he awned for the plan <br /> he would he happy to do it. But,until then he would not he doing another thing. <br /> Mr. Ball asked what the drop-deadd-dat for the installation. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky added that he had been involved with'this since the beginning, too. <br /> This was a pretty well known situati n..He was involved,in gating the prices <br /> together for Ms. Mills, etc. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that Ms. Mills carne before the hoard. The whole transaction was <br /> based on everyone knowing up front. There were no surprises. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky agreed. 'There was nothing strange here. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that Mr. McNulty was not present. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he did not notify him of the appointment. This plan had <br /> been submitted. He felt that the board should review the plan and base their <br /> comments on the.plan. They dict have time lines established. They would send him a <br /> letter and let him comment on it at that point. He certainly was not in here banging <br /> their doors down to put this thing in the ground. , <br /> Ms. Warden interjected that Mr. McNulty had called for the appointment. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked when Mr. McNulty wanted it for. <br /> Ms. Warden re-iterated that whenever it was on for the appointment schedule. <br /> Mr`. Harrington stated that it was set for the 28 Right` <br /> k <br /> I <br /> Ms. warden confirmed that it was for the 2 8th. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he was supposed to break ground a month ago. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that if this was correct and he didn't break ground. Then Mr. <br /> McNulty was in violation already. Why didn't they motion to not renew his food <br /> 1 <br />
