■
Ms. Grady asked if it was correct that the kitchen floor was not a clean washable
surface.
1s'. warden stated that there were broken tiles. She wanted the floor stripped and
the broken tiles repaired by the back door.
Ms. Grady stated that they made Cherrystones put in a whole new floor.
Ms. warden stated that it was not the whole floor. Cherrystones didn't have a floor.
Mr. Santos asked what their recommendations were at that point.
Mr. Harrington responded that they were going to drag there in and make
recommendations at that point in time.
Mr. Santos asked if they were planning on going back to re-inspect.
Mr. Harrington stated that they were going to go back on the71h to see what kind of
progress they've made. They would still have their recommendations. If they don't
have it spiffy clean he was going to close them for one or two weeks whatever the
board's desire would be, suspend the permit and clean it to the board's satisfaction.
The last time they did it after hours the owner paid the wait staff to stay around and
clean. They did a decent job. It was not being done on a regular basis. Something
else needed to be done.
Mr. Santos didn't want it to happen again just like Mobil.
Mr. Harrington Mated that this was basically an FYI. But, they were formally going
to review that in a couple of weeks.
Mr. Santos re-iterated that they were sup o ed to correct the violations by the 27th
and conte in,front of the board by the 2 8t . If it hadn't been completed by thea, they
would deal with it at that time.
Mr. Harrington did it that way to give them a little incentive because theiboard
would usually be a little more lenient if they have done everything to their
satisfaction. They had some issues there for sure.
OLD BUSINESS:
Michael Grot ke—86 Summersea Road
Mr. tarot ke began by stating that they we're going before the Conservation
Commission next weep. He would like to have a feeling from the board if they were
headed in the right direction. He modified the plans. He didn't know if they had
much time to look at them.
Mr. Harrington did believe that the board had a copy of them.
17
