Santos seconded the motion.-Motin passed. <br /> . Review & Approval of Landfill Contract: Revised Contract for FY 2005 <br /> Ms. Grady asked if Mr. Harrington was happy with this new contract. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that Woodard& Curran made the necessary corrections. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve. Mr. Santos seconded that motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> The lord members forwarded their signatures to the original contract. <br /> . ersy's Restaurant <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he and Ms.Warden conducted an inspection due t <br /> another complaint on top of a couple ofprevious complaints. They went through the <br /> restaurant and they had 18 violations with four of therm being critical. There was a <br /> lot oflittle stuff that caused therm to kick the whole process around. So they <br /> concluded that it would appropriate to issue.therm a letter-to have them cone in for a <br /> show cause. He just wanted to let the hoard members know that they did that. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if somebody could specify what all of the violations pertained to. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that it was mostly sanitation. There were doors open and flies. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was redundant. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that these were repeated violations. This what they went <br /> through with therm before. They.went through and cleaned everything to a sparkle. <br /> They were just not keeping up with it. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that they had just been hack too many times. <br /> 1 <br />
