Mr. Harrington noted that on the previous plan Ms. warden wanted the nap sink <br /> moved clown and a partition wall next to it. The other was to provide a second hand <br /> sink at the end of the prep island. <br /> Mr. white noted that the nap sink was moved. They were definitely going to put <br /> one in there. <br /> Ms. warden asked Mr. Harrington to put"HS" on the plans. She thea asked what <br /> they were going to do about the floor drains. <br /> Mr. white stated that there were going to he three floor drains. That would show on <br /> the plumbing plan as opposed to this plan. But, there would he one, two and'three. <br /> Plus, each bathroom will have one as well. <br /> Ms. warden asked for clarification on the plan. These were the display eases` <br /> Mr. white stated that they were gondolas with dry goods for the most part in there. <br /> There was going to be three hand sinks. He pointed out a hand sink that would <br /> service a beverage area. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they were just worried about the prep area. <br /> Mr. white stated Haat there would absolutely be the hand sink there. He was <br /> surprised that he missed it—the CAb guy. He slid get the slop sink in'. ` <br /> Ms. warden stated that that partition was imperative. <br /> Mr. white asked if there was anything else. <br /> Mr. Santos asked where the slop sink was located. <br /> Ms. warden pointed it out on the plan. <br /> Mr. white stated that the slop sink had four and one half to five feet working above <br /> it. There was a twenty-five to thirty gallon hot water heater on a platform that was <br /> mounte d above on a slop sink. <br /> Ms. warden asked if that would he past of the legend. <br /> Mr. white stated that the only-reason that this vias still in a little bit of disarray was <br /> because they were waiting for a couple of the was <br /> drawings to Lorne.back from <br /> the suppliers for all of this equipment in order to get all of the electrical involved. <br /> Then they would start to fine-tune the details of the descriptions. <br /> 1r.
