1 <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the boardwouldn't grant them a permit until they probably <br /> go the final file on this'd vn the line. <br /> Mr. White definitely wanted the file into the board probably within a week's s time <br /> because he expected to try and pull a building permit within,two-weeks. They <br /> wouldn't be meeting again for two more Thursdays, correct? <br /> Ms. Grady asked if they were going to meet the on October 28th, 2004. She just <br /> assumed that they were going to go to the first Thursday in November. <br /> Ms. Carron noted that they had already issued letters for the 2.8h. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they would be reviewing this for technical reasons. <br /> IIs. Grady suggested that they make a motion to approve and then give the final <br /> approval to the health agents. She asked the-other board me.mbers if that was lar? <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they had done that before. <br /> Ms. warden stated that they had n t done that for the restaurants. This would be an <br /> approval for the building permit for construction purposes. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they would have to approve the food service permit. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that they would be able to do the preliminary approval. <br /> Mr. Santos felt that they could give them authorization for the preliminary approval. <br /> He felt that they had gone the extra mile on a lot of this stuff. <br /> Mr. White asked if he was to proceed with the building permit now. There were only <br /> two other changes that they had to make. They wanted to rote the floor drains and <br /> visibly include the hand sink. would he be able to'have this approved by the health <br /> agents without ut-corning back for another hearing? They were under no circumstances <br /> ung to open the place without further application. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that there would another meeting anyways for the food service <br /> permit. A lot of tines people don't even have these plans ready until that time. S <br /> they would review those at that time. Building will get the building up and 1n that <br /> process they would come back with the floor plans the application, the fee, the <br /> menu and the ServSafe certification is what they would need for their food service <br /> permit. <br /> Mr. White stated that he was in a good position to go forward with the building <br /> permit at the very bast. <br /> Mr. Harrington re-iterated that they were going to see this again anyways. It was not <br /> 5 <br />
