i.
going to hold hirrr'up in anyway:
Mr. Santos rade a motion.'to approve the septic playas as submitted by Volta Oil. Mr.
Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed.
APPOINTMENT: Michael McGrath., P.E. —Deer Crossin H liar Management
Mr. McGrath rath stated that the IEP was ready to approve these OAR systems. There
have been little changes to the plans. So they wanted the board of health to basically
send a letter consenting to the plazas. It was a formality in his mind. The binds of
changes were ars increase in septic tarns and things that he would go, over if the
board warted them too.
Mr. Santos stated that he wanted to see the plans.
Mr. McGrath stated that the DEP had required therm to add septic tants. The original
septic tans were nowhere near the amount of sizes that the current Title V wanted
with 200% of the daily flow here and 10 oho of the daily flow in the second-orae. The
existing tank didn't even meet 100% of the-current dally flow. So haat was the
revision there.
Mr. Santos asked which building was "Building A".
Mr. Harrington stated that Building A was the Carho's building.
Mr. McGrath stated that the only thing different in-"Building B"was that it now said
." eer Crossing Realty Frust", which was the owner of record. That was not a big
change. Then with"Building " it was the same thing. The existing septic tank was
too small. So, as he understood it. He believed it was going
to be Bortolotti installing it under their supervision.
Mr. Harrington stated that he had issues with the plans as far as the flows that were
shown.
Mr. McGrath asked which system Mr. Harrington had concems with.
Mr. Ham'ngton stated that he had comments on each system.
Mr. Ball asked what was in `'Building D".
Mr. Harrington responded that Building D contained Michael's, Subway, and a
beauty salon. Building A, which was Caro.'s, his plan showed 58 seats for that
establishment. The hoard had previously approved 70 seats. The barbershop had four
seats instead of three.
