Heston stated that they had ordered new stainless steel racks to replace, them.
Mr. Santos asked when they were going to arrive.
Mr. N. Heston stated that they were shipped from the Midwest. He imagined that it
would be a couple of weeks at most.
Ms. Marden stated that there was one ongoing complaint that they receive. That
complaint was that the dishes were stacked on the dining room tables for long
periods of time. They were stacked inside the Rubbermaid containers on the tables
and left there for long periods of time.
I '
Mr. N. Heston asked if they were in the bus buckets after they cleared off the table.
Ms. Warden stated that that was correct. They had spoken about that before..It was
not a big deal. But, it was a bad habit.
Mr. N. Heston stated that it was a bad habit.
Ms. Marden noted that he said the same thing the last time that she brought this
point up to him.
Mr. N. Heston stated that he preferred that they not do that. He lid not realize that it
was still happening. Maybe it was his fault that he had not communicated better to
Ms. C. Heston. That was where it should be because it would not be a
mess then. If they were using bus buckets thea it was easy to put the dishes in a bus
bucket and then go on to do something else while it sits there awhile.
Ms. Warden stated that that was where the dining room manager should be
overseeing that and if she sees that it is full she should designate whoever was not
busy at that moment to remove therm or do it herself. They needed some
communication here within the restaurant and it's staff.
Mr. 1 N. Heston stated that Ms. Warden was not only right-about what she was saying.
But, she was also right about the issue because it was something that should not be
happening. He did not like to sit at a table next to a bucket full of dirty dishes. He
knew exactly ghat FIs. Warden meant.
i
Ms. Grady asked if Mr. Keston had some means by which they noted consistently
. 1
