He
apologized for that.
Mr. Limina added that if they had received it. They would have been here for that.
They dict not want to cause any Problems.
Mr. Harrington stated that the letter did come back and they had it delivered by the
sheriff.
Mr. Umina stated that that was the recent one.
Ms. Grady stated that it was the previous one that stated that they were to appear
before the board.
Mr. Harrington Mated that it never came back to them. They did not get the green
card. They got the letter back for the July 8 th, 2004, which was the letter that stated
that was for"show cause". That did come back.
Ms. Grady reiterated that that was the letter that stated they should be here. She
continued by stating that it-disturbed her because if they received the other letter, the
general letter that went out to everybody, that stated that they were considered a
beach. By the time he received it was actually past the ten days. He did make some
phone calls at the time to try and find out. Again, on the July 1h...
Ms. Grady interrupted Mr. Petersen and stated that he didn't bother come before
then thea to tell Haat they were not a bead.
Mr. Petersen agreed Haat he did not come before the board because he wasn't even
familiar with what the regulation was at that point. It was sort of like the first time
being introduced to it and notified that they were a beach under these minimum
standards.
