Petersen stated that first notification was the June 2"d 2004 letter was received. <br /> He did address his board. It stated that they should speak with the board within ten <br /> days. By the time he received it was actually past the ten days. He did make some <br /> phone calls at the time to try and find out. Again, on the July 1h... <br /> Ms. Grady interrupted Mr. Petersen and stated that he didn't bother come before <br /> then thea to tell Haat they were not a bead. <br /> Mr. Petersen agreed Haat he did not come before the board because he wasn't even <br /> familiar with what the regulation was at that point. It was sort of like the first time <br /> being introduced to it and notified that they were a beach under these minimum <br /> standards.
