They were notified by the DPW that <br /> they were in arrears. He felt that they took appropriate action because it was within <br /> their power to cancel their permit at any time. He did not life the flagrant disregard <br /> for their certified letter, the continued residential pick-ups and the attitude behind the <br /> disregard along with the dumping of trash with whoever will tale it.
