Glenn Santos, Steven R. Ball, Glen E. Harrington <br /> and Veronica A. Warden. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Sign warrants. <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve minutes of October 28th 2004 <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the minutes w'th the necessary corrections.' <br /> Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT:ENT: Deer Crossing—.Septic &Food Permits <br /> Ms. Grady announced the next agenda item. <br /> Mr. Ball questioned the fact that the usual representatives for Deer Crossing and <br /> others were not present. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he was under the impression that Mr. McGrath was <br /> going to be here. He was unsure about the other. <br /> Mr. Santos suggested that they give therm until :30 PM. <br /> * 3. Title V variance Request: Cape & Islands Engineering, 130 Summersea SummerRoad <br /> l <br /> Mr. Ball asked if this was a brand new application. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he was under the impression that there was an existing <br /> home on this property that was going-to be razed. <br /> Mr. Ball thought that he had seem something life this before. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they had a previous septic permit for three-bedrooms. <br /> That was why they had allowed the gree-bedrooms. That was done in 1994. Even <br /> they were at the top of the coastal bank within those distances the board's <br /> regulation did not kick in for that. They had gotten into one of these before. They <br /> were providing the denitrification system. They were staying at three-bedrooms. <br /> The plan dirt have an'H2O cover for the 'septic tank because it was within ten feet of <br /> the driveway. There was no waterline shown.
