Ball interjected that in 1995 those flows were not at 6000 GPD. <br /> Mr. Dalton stated that they couldn't use the 1995 flows. But, they agreed that those <br /> seats were acceptable. Grady did not think it was right that they did not shove up and they had t <br /> continue it because they couldn't have any discussions. <br /> Mr. Santos said that he would male a motion to continue this agenda item to the <br /> next meeting. At that time they would be put on notice that a final decision was <br /> going to he made. They would be putting this to bed. If they slid not shover u , they <br /> would rale a decision as to whatwas hest for Title v and for the hoard. It would <br /> 5 <br />
