Condominium Association. A$200 fine per day will be levied if the pool is found open during the <br /> remaining 2005 season. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> Waste Management of NIA, Inc. —"ShowCause" Hearing. <br /> Waste Management requested in writing a continuance of the Shown cause hearing to 10/06/06. <br /> Glenn Santos questioned whether the Board should send a letter before the 10106105 meeting, stating <br /> that the Board expects compliance immediately, and if the compliance is ignored, send a later of <br /> noncompliance and levy a$100 per day fine. <br /> After further discussion, Steven Ball roved that the Board approve continuation of the shown Cause <br /> hearing until 10/06105. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> Martin Keeley,, Attorney for Hate Management, introduced himself to the Board. He asked for a list <br /> of approved trash collection facilities for I a hpee. He also stated that he feels there may be more <br /> complicated issues involved, i.e., Interstate Commerce regulations. Martin will contact Glen <br /> Harrington on this matter before the October 'meeting. <br /> OLD BUSINESS No old business. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Sign Warrants. There were no warrants. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Approval of minute of 8125105 and 9/08!05 were continued to the next meeting with all Board <br /> members in attendance. <br /> Temporary Food Permits for oktoberf st, 2006 <br /> Mashpee Public Library. Steven Ball moved that the Board approve the Mashpee Literary <br /> temporary food permit application for the 2005 Oktoberfest. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All <br /> approved. <br /> is met Farms. -Steven Ball moved that the Board approve the Ashumet Farms temporary food <br /> permit application for the 2005 oktoberfest pending inspection of the trailer, and validation of their <br /> sery Save certification. <br /> Kiwa ris Club. Steven Bell moved that the Board approve the I iwanis Club temporary food permit <br /> application for the 2005 Oktoberfest. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> Children's Museum. Steven Ball mored that the Board approve the Children's Museum temporary <br /> food permit application for the 2005 Oktoberfest. Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> Mashpee Boosters Club. The club already has a temporary food permit. <br /> Mashpee omens Club. The Women's Club is planning a hake sale for Oktoberfest. Glen <br /> Harrington stipulated that goods prepared must assure'that no potentially hazardous materials are <br /> used In their'preparation. <br /> Glean-Santos moved that the Board approve the Mashpee Women's Club temporary food permit <br /> application for the 2005 Oktoberfest with the stipulation that the Health Agent is given verification that <br /> baked goods prepared contain no hazardous materials, and that they are not prepared in residential <br /> kitchens. Steven Ball seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> 2 <br />
