5. Commercial Plan APP rovaI—11 cape DdIve Glen Harrington stated that.left:Willis purchased this building and wants to build an addition to increase the amount of office space. This area is not in Zone 2, and thus needs commercial approval. Steven Ball made a motion to approve the proposed addition as printed on the commercial plan and also show the reserve area. Lucy Burton seconded the motion. All approved. . Request for Remaining 200512006 Retail Food and Tobacco Sales Permit—Best Buy Beverage—16 Echo Road Arthur DePaul, president of Best Buy Beverage Inc., 'and Mike Minor introduced themselves to the Board. Art Meted that he hes been making ice with well water, bagging and selling it, since 1.998. Mike Minor stated that there is no known contamination from the Base in that area. Art stated that it there are no health issues, he would prefer to continue to use his well water, and not have to go t Town water. Mr. DePaul is asking for a Waiver of the remaining Food &Tobacco permit fees for 2005, to be added to the 2006 fees. He also is requesting that he not be required to connect to Town water. Tenn Santos Trude a motion that the B H approve the Best Buy Beverage, inc. application for a Food &Tobacco permit, pending the results of a sample of the well waiter used by Best Buy to make and sell ice. Best Buy must discontinue selling ice until after the well water sample results are known. Approval of the Food&Tobacco permit for 2006, as well as the waiver to include the remaining 2005 Food Permit fees with the 2006 fees, will continue until.the next BOH meeting when the well sample results are known. Steven Ball seconded the motion. All approved.
