Art Meted that he hes been making ice with well water, bagging and selling it, since 1.998. <br /> Mike Minor stated that there is no known contamination from the Base in that area. Art stated that it <br /> there are no health issues, he would prefer to continue to use his well water, and not have to go t <br /> Town water. Mr. DePaul is asking for a Waiver of the remaining Food &Tobacco permit fees for <br /> 2005, to be added to the 2006 fees. He also is requesting that he not be required to connect to Town <br /> water. <br /> Tenn Santos Trude a motion that the B H approve the Best Buy Beverage, inc. application for a <br /> Food &Tobacco permit, pending the results of a sample of the well waiter used by Best Buy to make <br /> and sell ice.
