Jack Landers- auley—58 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Jack Landers-Cauley introduced himself to the Board as engineer representing Mr. & Mrs. <br /> Hufna el, applicants with a purchase & sale agreement for 58 I l nornos oy.Road. - The <br /> Hufnageis went to go from an existing assessed two-bedroom to a three-bedroom house. <br /> They are asking for the following: <br /> elimination of the reserve area <br /> - the reduction and horizontal separation from the property line to the SAS <br /> Mr. Landers-Carley has been to the Board of Appeals and is in the process of applying to <br /> the Conservation Commission. <br /> Glen Harrington made the followingcomments: <br /> 1 the reserve area reeds to be shown on the plea <br /> 2 the existing cesspool needs to be shown on the plan <br /> 3 elevation on the soil data needs to be shown on the plan <br /> 4) locus rasp needs to be'shown on the plan <br /> 5 charge the tank to n H 20 <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that the Board approve the plans for 58 MonomoscoyLoad <br /> West pending reprised piens that include the above noted requirements by Glen <br /> Harrington. Steven Ball seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> 2. Jack Landers-Ceuley—34 I eslnobe Road <br /> Jack Landers- auley introduced himself to the Burd as engineer representing Francisco <br /> Tavares, employer for the owner of the property at 34 l esh be Road. The project is to <br /> upgrade a failed system. There is no increase in design flow. In order to get the job done <br /> the shed needs to be removed, raise the plumbing in the house, and put it 5 ft. from each <br /> side line. Variance requests are to eliminate the reserve area, and horizontal separation <br /> from the property line as well as the basement. <br /> Glen Harrington made the following.comments: <br /> 1 the liner along the driveway should be 5 ft. away from the leaching field <br /> 2 need floor plans to confirm 4 bedrooms <br /> 3 need locus map on the plans <br /> Steven Ball made a motion to continue consideration of the variance requests to the next <br /> BOH meeting on 10/11106 until the revised plans are available. Luer Burton seconded the <br /> motion. All approved. <br /> . Richard MacAllister—55 slice Way—Waiver Request <br /> Richard MacAllister, owner of the property at 55 Slice Way, introduced himself to the <br /> Burd. Mr. MacAllister is planning to add an addition to the back bedroom.om. A second <br /> 1 <br />
