Glenn Santos seconded the motion. All.approved. <br /> Kenneth Quinn, abutter to the property at 3 Beechwood Dir e,.introduced himself to the Board and <br /> registered his'stron objection to the request by Dorothea Stebbins to construct a barn for her horse <br /> on her prop rty which-abuts-bisback yard. fir. Quinn submitted a-fetter to the Boli expressing these <br /> sentiments. <br /> . -Horsley.&Witten Landfill Quarterly Environmental Monitoring Qctober Report <br /> The first screening of landfill gas monitoring Wells, landfill g s gents, and structures on site did not'' <br /> indica a the presence of landfill ase .. Landfi 11.gas oniton*ng Well.SGW is currently.damaged at <br /> the ground surface and groundwe'lI Monitoring well W-13 vies desttoyed dudng in st.allation of e <br /> Perimeter fence. Further evaluation is necessary to determine if a"reps c rn nt well is necessary. The <br /> j west, south', and east slopes of the landfill should-be monitored for further erosion.
