This wording was approved at a prior BOH meeting held on <br /> Discussion followed among the Boli members as to the most favorable approach by the BOH to <br /> regulate the rninirnurn sanitation standards for Mashpe food establishments in the preparation of <br /> ready-tout foods. n <br /> Glen-n,Santos made a motion to use-the wording as stated in#2 above, in the prqposed Memo to All <br /> Food Establishment. Owners/Managers.
