Adequate outdoor shelter shall be provided for all puppies/dogs housed outside. <br /> SECTION IV= Record Keeping Requirements <br /> I.' Every "boarding kennel, business or establishment shall, in and make <br /> available for inspection records for each dog utilizin "such facility acility for a minunum <br /> period :oftwelve (12 months from the ' <br /> last day of such uhhzation indicating- the <br /> , <br /> owner's name, .'address, telephone`numbersand emergency contact;`duration of <br /> stay, services provided and proof of vaccinations or veterinarian's statements that <br /> vaccination is contraindicated. <br /> 2: Every boarding;kennel, 'business or establishment shall maintain vaccination <br /> records of each puppy/dog fora period of one (1) year.`from the date of . <br /> ..Vaccination.,. Records shall be made available upon request of the kennel: <br /> inspector. <br /> SECTION V - Inspection <br /> 1. Allkennels, businesses or establishments shall maintain their kennel in'a clean <br /> and sanitary manner. Violations of this section may result in relocation of the' <br /> dogs/puppies to an outdoor sheltered area of the property.- <br /> 2.: ,The Kennel Inspector(s) shallconduct an, inspection of the boarding kennel, <br /> business or establishment on an annual bsis or as necessitated ensuring such <br /> facility's compliance with the provisions of this regulation. <br /> SECTION VI-Public Nuisance <br /> L` Upon petition of three (3)residents in the neighborhood of the kennel, filed with <br /> the Board, setting forth that they are aggrieved or annoyed to an unreasonable <br /> extent .by one (1) or more dogs at a kennel located in the town because of <br /> excessive barking or vicious disposition of such dog or dogs or other conditions <br /> connected with ,the kennel that constitute a public nuisance, the Board shall, <br /> within ten (10) day of the filing of such petiition;.give notice to all parties <br /> concerned of a public hearing to be held within ten (10) days after the date o <br /> Y f such <br /> notice. Within seven (7).days after the public hearing; the Board shall an <br /> order either revoking or suspending such kennel licenseregulati <br /> or otherwise ng <br /> the operation of said kennel or shall dismiss such petition. <br /> 2. Within ten (10) days afterreceiving such determination and order of the Board, <br /> the holder of the kennel license may bring a petition in a court of competent, <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> 3. The Kennel Inspector(s) may periodically inspect the premises where the kennel <br /> license has been revoked and shall notify the Board if she/hefinds that the kennel` <br /> continues to be maintained on the premises. <br /> SECTION VII=Fees <br />
