If we don't get it, then they don't get an occupancy permit. Because they have to request it in writing that they want an extension. Because we don't have anything in writing. There has been no communication.. Their lawyers should know better than that, because what are they going to do, wait until Monday at 4 PIVD and say"Hey, we need an extension". Glean Harrington: They are just going to issue a complaint in court, If nothing is resolved as of the 18th they're just going to go right to court. Actually if nothing is resolved tonight they are just going to go right to court.
