<br /> Glen Harrington commented that typically a request for a permit fee refund is done at the
<br /> time the permit application is submitted. In this case, Glen Darrington recommended
<br /> denying the request for now, and informing the Children's Museum that fee waiver
<br /> requests should be submitted at the time of the permit request, so that the BOH can
<br /> address it then.
<br /> Lucy Burton made a motion to deny the Children's Museum request for a refund of the
<br /> two $50 permit fees for the Community Picnic and their Military Appreciation Day.
