Classy Naftupdate Glen-Harrington reported that Mr. Le is coming to the next BCH meeting, along with a friend who currently is active on Energy and Economic Planning-and Development committees in.13ourne. 3. seashore benne Update Glen Harrington stated that Charlene Pelley called him to say that the Pelleys are moving in a month; and wanted to know whether she needed to got a kennel permit for one month. The Board is interested In determining where the Pelleys are planning to relocate. . Ca o's- liar -U 'Glen Harington reported that Garbo's was ckeed on.duly 23, Zoo . On X124108 Veronica Wain retumed to Carbo's at 9:30 AM to conduct an inspeo on, and gave-the okay for the restaurant to reopen. On 8!04108 Veronica Warden conducted a f f l w-u _ + in peon and found two cr i cal and two non-affio l violations. Burton Kaplan made a motion that as of 813/0 Carbo's,month probation be reinstated and a fine of$100 be levied for each of the two crtfical violations found on 8/04103. Lucy Burton seconded the motion. All approved. -Tinder Box update Glen Ha ngton stated that the Sm6king Room is still closed as well as the back office. All lettere have been sent out to Mashpee Commons and Puritan, saying mat they need to comply with-the BH order letters. There has been no response to date from the letters sent out. DISCUSSION 2008 Fee Schedule Glen Harrington dbuted to the Board members his recommendations for their consideration. Glen stated that town by torn, the Mashpee BOH fees are higher. Glen Ha ngton reported mat Joyce Mason has asked all departments who have control over fees to generate-more revenues anywhere possible.
