<br /> 3. request for Temporary Food Permit: Kiwanis club for the ooerest
<br /> Burton Kaplan made a motion to approve the application for a temporary food permit
<br /> from the Kiwanis Club for the Oktoberfest function on 10111108, from 10 AM to 5 Pill,
<br /> pending BOH inspection prior to the evert. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. All
<br /> approved.
<br /> OLD BUSINESS
<br /> . Pelley, 171 Falmouth-Sandwich Road
<br /> Glen Harrington stated that he had reviewed the BOH letter to the Pelleys of July 31
<br /> 2003 which included the Board's decision at theJuly 23, 2008 meeting, and he
<br /> confirmed that the letter was received by the Pelleys on August 12, 2008. That letter
<br /> had a '-day deadline and a 3 -day deadline. Both deadlines have now passed.
