The BOH charges a fee for <br /> reviewing the burial permit. <br /> 3. Draft Nail salon Regulation <br /> Glen Farrington stated that he has electronic forms of the regulation, the actual <br /> application for the facility and for the manicurists, and the inspection form for the <br /> facilities, and asked whether it is the Board's intention to ,Hake a registration requirement <br /> as the Board did for massage therapists and facilities. If so, Glen Harrington stated that <br /> he has a good template for that. Burton Kaplan requested that further discussion of the. <br /> issue be tabled until a full Board is present. <br /> * Recycling ycling Regulation and-,Enforcement <br /> Glen Harrington stated that he will be setting up a meeting with the DPW and the <br /> Recycling Committee to discuss the issue. The Town is looking at the costs involved to <br /> require curbside recycling. Kalliope Egloff and Burton Caplan agreed that they are both <br /> in favor of curbside recycling, and felt that if would have a definite impact on the <br /> reduction of overhead costs to the Town. Kalliope Egloff cited the Town of Falmouth as <br /> a good example of a successful curbside recycling program. <br /> W <br /> } <br /> . FYI —scanning of BOH Plans ti <br /> x <br /> Glen Harrington stated that he will investigate the possibility of obtaining CPA funds for <br /> the scanning of the BOH septic and architectural plans. Glen Darrington further stated 251 <br /> that he would like to rake a regulation to require the submittal of architectural and se <br /> plans In TIF reviewable/read-only electronic form, making it reviewable # ut not <br /> accessible to the public to alter. <br /> Semi-Annual Landfill Cap Inspection &QuarterlyLandfill Caps Monitoring Report <br /> notion was made, seconded and passed to accept the semi-annual Landfill Crap <br /> Inspection and the Quarterly Landfill Cas Monitoring Reports from Weston & Sampson. <br /> .
