Glen Harrington reported that Pina Sanitation Services and One <br /> Pointe Horne Curators Inc., had supplied all the necessary information, had fulfilled all <br /> application requirements, and had been issued a 2009 Refuse H uler's permit, but that <br /> Maco ber's Sanitary Refuse company was still a problem. Glen Harrington stated that <br /> Mr. Macomber had provided false. and misleading information about his recycling in <br /> 2008. Mr. Macomber stated that he has 20 clients but did no recycling in 2008, and <br /> therefore has not complied with the BOH regulation. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that Ilacornbrs Sanitary Refuse Company be issued <br /> 2009 Defuse Haulers permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. a $500 fine be paid in advance of issuance of the penult <br /> 2. the company would be placed on a -month probation, with a monthly report to <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director, and Glen Harrington, Health Agent, stating <br /> the recycling amounts taken to the A ashpee Transfer Station <br /> 8. the Refuse Haulers Permit would be withdrawn immediately if when a monthly <br /> report is not issued to DPW and BOH <br /> . Macombers Sanitary Refuse Company must provide the BOH with information <br /> on its 2009 recycling program, including a fee schedule offering a flat fee for <br /> recyclingltrah pickup. <br /> . <br /> Burton Caplan seconded the motion. Recycling Regulation ulation and Enforcement <br /> Glen Harrington distributed copies of the revised Recycling Regulation to the Board <br /> members for their review and comments, which will be reviewed at the next BOH <br /> meeting. <br /> .
