A Plus Waste Removal val —-FYI. <br /> Glen Harrington reported that A Plus Waste Removal has been servicing two dumpsters in <br /> I lashpee without a lashpee Refuse Ha ler's permit. Glen stated that a "show cause" <br /> hearing letter had been sent to A Plus Waste Removal oval ordering the company to appear at <br /> the next BOH meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 3/25/09. <br /> . Cav ssa Disposal, Inc.—FYI. <br /> Glen Farrington reported that Cavossa Disposal, Inc. had paid its $900 fine, and the BOH <br /> had issued the company its Zoog Refuse Hauler's Permit. <br /> . BOH secretary— FYI <br /> Glen Harrington reported that the BOH will have a new secretary in two weeks. Fran Boulos <br /> will be Hering from the conservation Commission office to join the BOH staff. <br /> NEXT MEETING. The next meeting of the BOH is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, <br /> 200 9, at 7 PM in the selectmen's Conference Room 1.
