The <br /> Board members agreed to defer approval of the permit fee waiver request, pending receipt <br /> f certification of non-profit status of the Ma hpee Baseball League. <br /> i <br /> 7. Otis Trailer l iilage -FYI <br /> Glen Harrington reported that the BOH recently noticed that Otis Trailer Village has been <br /> paying its monthly Mobile Horne Tax bills for each of 49 occupied home units, but there are <br /> actually 56 units that are occupied in the Trailer Village. Seven of the 56 units are occupied <br /> by owners of the park, and Otis Trailer Village has stated that the owners do not have to pay <br /> the tax. This has been going on since 2007, which amounts t 1,824 in takes outstanding <br /> to the Town. Glen Harrington stated that he would send a letter from the Board of Health t <br /> * Otis Trailer pillage, stating that the Mobile Horne Act does not provide for a tax exemption t <br /> unit owners, and that an amount of$1,824 in back taxes must be submitted to the Town. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. lacomber's sanitary refuse <br /> Glen Harrington stated that Mr. Macomber paid the $500 fine to the BOH for not recycling in <br /> 2008 but has not yet been issued a 2009 Defuse Hauler's Permit. The Board members <br /> agreed that Glen Harrington should cash Mr. Ma omber's check for$500 and issue hire his <br /> 2009 Refuse Hauler Is permit. <br /> , F e y ling Regulation lati n and Enforcement <br /> Glen Harrington distributed copies of a newly reprised draft of the Recycling Regulation t <br /> the Board members, which incorporated all the changes discussed at the last BOH meeting. <br /> Kalliope Egl ff volunteered to draft an educational piece on recycling details which could be <br /> used by all trash haulers as an insert in their information distributed to their customers. <br /> Further discussion on the recycling Regulation was continued to the next BOH meeting with <br /> all Board members in attendance. <br /> . Draft Manufactured Housing Regulation <br /> lati n <br /> Discussion of the Manufactured Housing Regulation draft was continued to the next BOH <br /> meeting with all Board members in attendance. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Proposed Revisions to 105 CMR 445.000 Minimum Standards for Bathing Beaches <br /> by SIA DPH — FYI <br /> Glen Harrington distributed copies to the Board of the proposed revisions to the Minimum <br /> Standards for Bathing Beaches by MA. DPH. Glen Harrington stated that the County does <br /> the water sampling and the Associations sign up directly with the County. The only <br /> proposed change is that the BOF will have to do the notification and the registration using <br /> forms yet to be provided by the Commonwealth, of each of the AssOGIation beaches} and <br /> will have to decide on a registration fee amount. Glen Harrington stated that the only <br /> combined sample point is at South Cape Beach, as the Mate and Town beaches are <br /> continuous and vVithin 500 feet of each other and can be covered by only one sample. Glen <br /> Harrington stated that the Dept. of Health wants to finalize the document by April 261 2003. <br />
