The Board members signed the warrants. <br /> . Approve Public session Minutes: May 26, 201 <br /> Board members rade amendments to the minutes of the BOH Public Session held on <br /> May 2 , 2010. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that the Board approve as amended the minutes of the BOIL <br /> Public Session held on May 2 , 2010. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion <br /> was unanimously approved. <br /> 3. Revised smoking Regulation <br /> Glen Harrington distributed to the Board members a copy of the revised Mashpee <br /> Smoking Regulation for their review, along with copies of the smoking regulations for <br /> Bourne, South Hadley, and Holyoke. South Hadley, Holyoke and Taunton used the <br /> same format for their regulations. Glen stated that Bourne, Taunton, South Hadley and <br /> Holyoke have written a separate, stand alone regulation covering non-tobacco nicotine <br /> products, apart from their existing tobacco regulations. Glen stated that he has <br /> incorporated much of the templates used by these towns into the draft smoking <br /> regulation for I lashpee. The four Massachusetts town non-tobacco bacco product smoking <br /> regulations took effect on the following dates: <br /> Holyoke - September, 2009 <br /> South Hadley - October 29, 2009 ` <br /> Bourne - February, 201 <br /> Taunton -April, 201 <br /> Burton Kaplan asked that the Board members review the smoking regulation packet of <br /> information provided by Glen Harrington in preparation for discussion and comments at <br /> the next BOH meeting on 6123110. <br /> . Seaver Commission Request <br /> Burton Caplan reported that at the last Sewer Commission meeting, Charman Torr <br /> Fudal a requested that Mr. Kaplan ask the Board of health to provide a fisting of every <br /> denitrification septic system installed in the Town of I lashpee by map and parcel ID. <br /> Torn Fudala inferred that there were approximately 300 such systems in Mashpee. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that data on all Mashpee denite systems are stored in a data <br /> base called Carmody, which the county maintains.
