Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road N. <br /> Mha , Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD of HEALTH PUBLIC SESSION <br /> Mashpee Town Hall — Meeting Room 3 <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday, March 9, 2011 <br /> Board Members-Present: Absent: AIS -Present: T <br /> l alliope Egloff, chairman Lucy Burton, Co--Chair Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Burton Kaplan, Clerk <br /> Chairman Calliope Egloff called the meeting to order at :00 PM. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> TS <br /> 7:30 PINI — Pamela Peters - Enforceable Agreement—5 Forest Road <br /> Pamela Peters, l lashpee Real Estate broker, introduced herself to the Board. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that an enforceable agreement was placed on the property due to <br /> a variance from the BOH Cesspool Regulation. The enforceable agreement was required b <br /> the Board on 12/22/1to complete the septic system with the Certificate of Compliance issued <br /> by 3/22/11. Ms. Peters has explained that Bank of America has delayed the transfer so no wort <br /> could be done by the buyer. :Ills. Peters is requesting a new deadline for the buyer for <br /> completion of installation of the septic system. <br /> Pamela Peters'is requesting that the Board of Health approve a time extension of installation of <br /> the septic system to : larch 25, 2011. <br /> Burton Caplan :made a :motion that the installation of an acceptable Title v septic system at <br /> Forest Road in Mashpee, be extended to Jure 30, 2011. Calliope Egloff seconded the motion. <br /> The :.motion was unanimously approved. . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. sign Warrants. Board members signed the warrants. <br /> . Review and Approve Public session /Minutes: 2/16/11 <br /> Barton Caplan made a motion that the :minutes from the public session :meeting on 2/16111 be <br /> F <br /> pproved as amended. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> . Review of Draft Refuse Regulation. Discussion of the draft Refuse Regulation was <br /> continued to the next BOH meeting with full Board membership in attendance. <br />
