Board Reorganization <br /> Calliope Egloff made a motion that Lucy Burton be nominated as Chairman of the Board of <br /> Health. Burton Kaplan seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that Burton Kaplan be nominated as Co-Chairman of the Board of <br /> Health. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Burton Caplan rude a motion that Calliope Egloff be nominated as Clerk of the Board of Health. <br /> Lucy Burton seconded the motion. Ap prove Pu bi ic session M Minutes: Jun , 2011 <br /> Calliope Egloff made a motion to approve as amended the minutes of 6/08/11. Burton Kaplan <br /> seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 4. Request for 2011 Seasonal Food Establishment& Retail Permits: Lobster Trap <br /> Glen Harrington corn m ented that The Lobster Trap (and Smitty's Ice Cream).was afforded a <br /> temporary permit as they purchased an existing seasonal business. limy improvements have <br /> been made to the property but only to the landscaping which brought it more into compliance <br /> with the formerly approved site plan. The retail portion has not changed: lobsters, fnfish and <br /> shellfish are sold at retail and steamed lobsters and soups/chowders are still available. Glen <br /> stated that as the owner may want to expand the menu, future discussions may occur. <br /> Burton Kaplan made a motion that the Board approve the seasonal Food Establishment and <br /> Retail Permit application submifted by the Lobster Trap, subject to review and approval of their <br /> plan of expanded equipment and menu. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> 1 <br />
