As of this date, ne'P.ointe Home Curators paid the full <br /> amount, and Cvoa Disposal Corp. only paid the past due amount. <br /> The Mashpee DPW bills the trash haulers weekly. The DPW billing is about 2 weeks behind from <br /> when the trash Maulers actually tip at the Upper Cape Regional. Station; therefore, giving <br /> them a 1 -day grace period. The weekly invoices are allowed 30 days for payment, and after 30,days <br /> it becomes past due. Notices to revoke the tipping fee are sent when the trashhaulers are 60 days in <br /> a rrea r . <br /> Glen Harrington commented that timely payments are a requirement of the Board'of Manager <br /> Regulations. The Board of Health can use the-enfor ement schedule within the Refuse Regulation to <br /> enforce the failure to comply with timely payments. <br /> Fines can be imposed by the Board of Health for failure to comply. A $500.001ine is for the first <br /> offense, $1,000.00 for the second offense, and $5,000.00 for the third offense. Revocation of the <br /> license will occur after the third offense.
