NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Sign Warrants. Board members signed the warrant. <br /> 2. Review/Approve BOH Public session Minutes: Jul , 2012. <br /> Review of the minutes was continued to the next BOH meeting with full Board member attendance. <br /> 3. Emergency Dwelling Condemnation: 144 Wheeler Road. <br /> Burton Caplan stated that ars order was issued July 31, 2012, condemning the dwelling at 144 <br /> Wheeler Road. It was also ordered to be immediately vacated. Mr. Kaplan commented that he would <br /> like the Board of Health to reaffirm the order issued on July 31, 2012. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that the property was vacant at the time of the inspection and is to <br /> remain vacant. <br /> Calliope Egloff made a motion that the Board of Health condemn'144 Wheeler Road in Mashpee as <br /> per the July 31, 2012, order. Burton Kaplan seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Household Hazardous Waste Day. <br /> Calliope Egloff stated that August 18, 2012, is the third-Upper Cape Regional Household Hazardous <br /> Waste Collection at Mashpee High School. Ms. Egloff commented that the gait time in Falmouth was <br /> reduced from 1 '/2 hours to 5 to 10 minutes by starting early and implementing some changes. She <br /> hopes to have the gait time at Mashpee High School for the Household Hazardous Waste Collection <br /> be comparable to 5 to 10 minutes. <br /> Ms. Egloff commented that old gasoline, oil based paints, thinn rs, strippers, etc. will be accepted- <br /> that day. The Household Hazardous Waste Collection ends at 1:00 PM. Cape Cod Cooperative <br /> Extension pays for the advertising in the Bourne, Falmouth, Sandwich, and Mashpee Enterprises. <br /> Burton Kaplan declared a five minute recess at 7:10 PIVI because by laver the Board is required to gait <br /> until the Agenda posted time. The meeting reconvened at 7:15 PM to discuss the issue of 84 <br /> Captains Row. <br /> Kalliope Egloff made a motion than the Board of Health adjourn the meeting of August 8, 2012. <br /> Burton Caplan seconded the motion.
