Mr. Carson provided ,naps, charts, and hand-outs to the Board and to Mr. Harrington for the <br /> Board of Health office. Progress-continues to be ,made in the clean-up of the plumes from the Base <br /> affecting Mahpee. <br /> 7:30 PM Mark Tolley, uS•Sports Institute Recreational Camp Violations. <br /> Burton Kaplan stated that the US Sports Institute had requested a continuance. continuance was <br /> granted. <br /> 8:00 PIM — Falmouth Engineering —76 Triton Way—Title V Variances: Septic Repair. <br /> Michael Borrelli, of Falmouth Engineering Inc., introduced-himself to the Board. <br /> Mr. Borrelli is representing the applicant: M. C. Development, Tory Caruso. Mr. Borrelli is requesting. <br /> variances from Title V to proceed with an upgrade and repair of a substandard septic system. at the <br /> property at 76 Triton Way, which has an existing -bedroom single family dwelling located on the <br /> property. <br /> Mr. Borrelli stated that the existing system does not have the required size septic tank, and it has two <br /> leaching pits. The inspection revealed that the leaching pits are not on the property. They are located <br /> within the cul-de-sac on Triton Way- <br /> Mr. <br /> lea -Mr. Borrelli commented that a topographic survey of the property was performed, the top of the <br /> coastal bank was delineated, and a boundary survey was done. The plumbing of the Douse was <br /> investigated, and the best course of action would be to install an infiltrator system between the house <br /> and both the road property lire and the neighbor's property line. The plumbing will be re-routed to <br /> install a new 1 500-gal lo n septic tank, pipe from the tank to the D-Box and thea feed,the infiltrators. It <br /> will all fit on the lot, but property line variances are required. <br />
