A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members present: Richard Halpern, David Harsch, Fran Laporte, and Devin Shacl ett. Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. Jill Allen was excused. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> I T: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on December 17, 2009 were presented. A motion was made by <br /> 1r. Laporte and seconded by Mr. Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion <br /> was Copt d. <br /> TREASURER'S' REPORT: <br /> Bud et to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford reported that DHD hes not yet approved the FY 2010 <br /> budget to be approved. She and Tori Joy have been in contact with DHCD to address the <br /> char es a planations they are requesting. Hopefully the budget will be approved soon, as we are already <br /> months into our fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual with the board and explained <br /> variances. Accounts payables for December 1 , 2009 .s <br /> through December 30, 2009: $173.70 for 4001, o for Section 8, and $2,536.00 for MRVP. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer Village and Breezy <br /> Acres. we have one resident at Ash is Path that has not paid rent and appears to be in the process of <br /> moving out, we still have two vacancies that she is trying to fill. we have no vacancies at Horneyer <br /> Village or Breezy Acres. <br /> A motion was made by Nor. H rs h and seconded by Mr, Laporte to accept the treasurer's <br /> report as presented.
