Minutes for the regular meeting held on August 12,F 2010 were presented. A motion uwras made by Ids. <br /> Allen and seconded by Mr. Sha lett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion was <br /> adopted <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2010 BUDGET APPROVAL AND SUBMISSION: Mrs. Botsford provided all members copies of <br /> the proposed budgets for the 4001 program and the MVP for Fiscal Year end 2011. Mr. Joy did a <br /> presentation on the budget, pointing out that there was no allowance for increased spending to the <br /> budget (zero cap). <br /> Mr. Shackett moved that the proposed Operating budget for Mate-Aided 4001 dousing of the <br /> Mashpee Housing Authority Program Numbers 667 and 705 for Fiscal Year Ending 3une 30, <br /> 2011 showing Total Operating receipts of$121,,624.00 and Total Operating Expenditures of <br /> $173,978.00 he submitted to the Department of Housing and Community Development for its <br /> review and approval. Ms. Allen seconded the motion,which,, upon roll call,was passed by a <br /> vote of three 3 to zero . <br /> Nis.Allen moved that the proposed operating budget for State-Aided MRVP/Family Housing of the <br /> Nlashpee Housing Authority MRVP Programs for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2011 showing Total <br /> Operating Receipts of$23,890.00 and Total operating Expenditures of$242,890.00 be submitted t <br /> the Department of Housing and Community Development for its review and approval. Mr. Shackett <br /> seconded the motion, which, upon roll call,was passed by a vote of three 3)to zero(0). <br /> The budgets were certified and signed and sealed by the secretary. Mrs. Botsford will electronically <br /> submit the budget and mail in the certification pages with the letter. The board thanked Mr. Joy for <br /> coming in. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. <br /> Accounts Parables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. They are for the months of <br /> August and September 2010 and total as follows: $10,547.71 for 4001 for August, $4,528.00 for Section <br /> for August, $19,058.00 for Mf VP for August, and $23,696.06 for Asher's Path Apartments for August, <br /> $16,785.17 for 4001 for September, $7,597.00 for Section B for September, $18,331.00 for MRVP for <br /> September, and $46,920.03 for Asher's Path Apartments for September. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported that vire have all rents paid in full at Breezy Acres. we have <br /> one resident at Homeyer pillage and one.at A her's Path who have not paid. I have promises from both <br /> that they will be paid by the end of the net week. we currently have one vacancy at Homeyer pillage, <br /> none at Breezy Acres, and two at Asher"s Path and I ars in the process of trying to get PPI approval for a <br /> lease signing net weer. <br /> motion was made by Mr. shacett and seconded by Nis. Allen to accept the treasurer's <br /> report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXFCLMVE DI ECTO 'S REPORT: <br /> I T: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her report to the board for the months of August and <br /> September and she added the following as an addendum to her report: <br /> 0 Mrs. Botsford and Mr. Joy are in the process of doing the quarterly report for quarter ended <br /> September 30, 2010 which will be submitted to MHIC by the end of the month. A copy will be <br /> provided to you once it is complete. <br /> • The MassNAHRO Fall conference is from November 14-17. Mrs. Botsford is hoping to attend. <br /> -2- <br />
