Therefore, Joanne has been noting the re- <br /> quests in the Ongoing Project Book. It was suggested, if one should <br /> have any information to just pen those in the book. <br /> Materials to sere: Jiro brought up the question relative to the de- <br /> cision on whether to sere certain items or not. Joanne suggested <br /> we should bring these questions relating to saving certain items to <br /> a vote on whether to discard them or keep them. <br /> Joanne continued, relative to the materials we have in our box, once <br /> the material has been initialed,. periodically Joanne will dispose of <br /> the material which has been geed and initialled by all, <br /> .Tim so moved, seconded. All in favor. . So moved. <br /> D. Joanne advised that Earl Mills' new book., SON OF IiAHFEE, ,will be <br /> coning out in August. Hopefully, the Archives will receive a com- <br /> plimentary copy for all of the work. the H. C. had contributed. <br /> E. August 1 , 1996 the Santuitotuit High School will have a Wampanoag <br /> program in the event that any of the commissioners would be interested <br /> in attending. <br /> F. Ann Whitlow explained that the Mahpe Historical. Commission was updat- <br /> ing its image: J. H. Graphics will give them prices on printing <br /> stationery and business cards. <br /> G. Cynthia Sturgis: The historical commission had prepared the couniy <br /> action statement for the small cities grant.
