Letter. regarding Museum and National Historic Register: (Cont'd) <br /> Rosemary Burns suggested that all .commission members should read and <br /> sign the borne-mentioned letter before it should go out. <br /> OLD -BUSINESS <br /> A. Heritage Cape Cod: Axon Whitlow explained that on Sunday, June , - <br /> 1997 the historical commission planned to have an open house at the <br /> Archives from 1:00 to 4:00 p. m. Earl Mills will be featured with <br /> his book, SON OF MASHPEE, "Special -Places, Mashpee Remembered'% <br /> Invitations will be sent out. Earl will be on hand to reminisce. <br /> can DeClerk is prepared to supervise -the refreshments* <br /> r <br /> B. Poppone set# Tuesday, August , 1997, 4:00 . m. to 7:00 p. . , <br /> an open house which will be advertised in Heritage Cape Cod. We will <br /> present photo-displays of Pop one set history. <br /> I OTHER: <br /> A. Letter from Many Lopez: Copies of a letter from Mary Lowen were <br /> gassed' out to the meeting. In her letter, she discussed a cemetery <br /> here in. Masbpee, and' referred to.mention of it included in a tape of <br /> Mabel Avant, It was suggested that we contact Mr. Cataldo, of Tales <br /> of Cape Cod, and ask I,f there were any tapes avail-able. <br /> Cordon Peters moved that the historical commission sion should write a let- <br /> to Mr. Catald , and ask- if there were any tapes available, and if s , <br /> would 'it be possible that we make copies of them. ,doe Connolly seconded. <br /> All in f air o r.
