Ann is very pleased with her performance. However , the allocation of monies will run - out in April. . Ann has requested a $2 , 000 increase on the 2001 budget , however, it will not come through until July 1 , 2000, That will only give Phyllis- .29 weeks of work. DTII NEW BUSINESS : Restoration Conference : Ann explained there would. .be a - c'onf e.rence , on building rest rat ion at the Hinds Aud ito-r iUM 9 and she would life. to attend ; She would like to be pre pared for the restoration of the Ocay Chapel . Rosemary Burrs moved that Ann -Whitlow attend theResto- ration Conference at Hinds Auditorium, -and be reimbursed for her expenses . Gordon seconded . All in favor'. So moved . B, New commission Member : -Ann explained that they had potential candidate interested ire joining the commi sion to fill Phil. Choate ' s vacancy . She is a member of the Tribal Counit . She has also had experience with the Chamber of C.ommerc e . In order to advertise the two vacancies , Joyce Mason. has explained .the protocol which must be- followed . The job must be posted for two wee in the same manner as would be requi.red for salaried positions .
