WHITLOW <br /> II MINUTES : The minutes of August 16 , 1995 � ee ting were accepted <br /> as presented. <br /> I ' REPORTS: <br /> �. <br /> A. 125th Anniversary update: Joanne reported that the exhibit <br /> had been removed last month* ;, <br /> i <br /> B. Equipment update: Ann Whitlow reported that she had -been <br /> looking into copy-machine ani computer equipment for the <br /> historical. commission. She explained that Xerox had FAX' d <br /> material setting up criteria for thea to follow. Ann had <br /> also interviewed repre entati es from canon and Sharp. <br /> Joyce Mason in the Selectmen office had agreed to set up <br /> an appointment with the representative from Sharp when h <br /> serviced the Town Hall equip rent. In that ma#finer, they <br /> would have three proposals, <br /> i <br /> Relative to the computer, Arin ' i s waiting to hear from <br /> Paul. Keefe at Town Hall. He suggested that he may be able <br /> to get a' monitor and keyboard for the historical commission, <br /> sion, <br /> gratis . He explained that he would hook them up -to Windows <br /> on which all town equipment would he connected. ' Hopefully, <br /> they would also be linked with the State Archives* <br /> C, Indian Museum visits: Rosemary Burns Joanne explained <br />� � P <br /> that they had received a response from Mr. Writenour re. <br /> the Indian Museum repairs. Th itenou ' suggested that <br /> the assistants from the historical commission inventory <br /> all museumr aterials in working u some of .the exhibits . <br /> Frank Hicks and Rosemary ary Buns had gone through all of the <br /> books, and found them were very few which the historical <br /> commission did not have copies. <br /> They then went through the file cabinets . It was Rosemary' s <br /> opinion that all materials in the museum' file cabinets <br /> truly belonged in the Archives where they- would become <br /> part of the records of 'the town. She also felt that the <br /> historical commission- should have copies of certain photos <br /> in the museum. <br /> Joanne and Rosemary returned 'to the museum a second time <br /> to review the materials on the first floor. Theme wasn' t <br /> anything except for a couple o ,books that they woUld <br /> like to have copies of.- <br />
