Council should tale <br /> over the museum, and they _should decide to eliminate <br /> items from the museum, the Archivesshould have first <br /> option, since techni.cal.l.y, the materials i that museum <br /> belong to the town. <br /> Iv OLD BUSINESS: <br /> A. Ellis Rug: The Ellis Rug has been on display in the Archives <br /> for the past several. months, A. Whitlow wanted to know x <br /> the status . Was it due to bereturned? It was agreed,, the <br /> rug should be with .the historical commission for six months, <br /> with the Ellis ' for six months <br /> V NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Storage of exhibit material: Joanne suggested that they <br /> would have to order some type of storage rack since they <br /> didr cot have any closet space availabe to store the display <br /> e luipment. <br /> It was also suggested that they order some display panels <br /> for the Archives. <br /> B. Torshop - November 15, 1995 :. An announcement had been <br /> received from the Bay State Historical League relative t <br /> a workshop rhich would be presented in Lexington, Ma, on <br /> " the Ar tof ro f c s i n l i z ing that home-made look's to <br /> deal with e hiblts; to design and -construct display panels . <br /> The fee would be $35 . 00 .
