d <br /> —2— <br /> Ann Graham, the cleric, is working on documenting office and software procedures. Lee <br /> Gurney would life to put together a handbook documenting the tasks of the clerk's job, <br /> which should make it easier for the future. <br /> Gail Slattery, presently on medical leave, has put together a photographic display on the <br /> history of the M shpee US Post Office. she hopes to have it in place at the Mashpee <br /> Post office shortly. <br /> Both Rosemary Burns and Lee Gurney have held meetings with Joyce Mason regarding <br /> obtaining a copy of the Proposed Finding for the Ila mp noarg Tribal Recognition. <br /> Members of the Commission were provided a brief summary report of the proposed <br /> finding which may also be available at the Department of Interior website, <br /> ttp:Z Zwww.dol.gov/b1 federal acknowledgment decisions.pdf. Rosemary <br /> advised- us that the proposed finding was incomplete, and that the MHC actually has <br /> additional data than was not available in the report. she will follow up with an email to <br /> Joyce Mason to inform her of other sources and information available at the Archives. <br /> The closing dame for the MCH for 2006 will be December 'l ". We will re-open in the <br /> rin on March 1 of course, during this period, we will be open for research by <br /> appointment, and it will be so noted on the Town website' . We also set the schedule for <br /> our meetings for 2007. They will be held on the first Monday of each month. The <br /> .tentative meeting dames will be: <br /> APR 2nd MAY 7th JUNE 4th JULY 2nd AUG 6th <br /> SEPT 1 oth OCT 1 st Noll 5th DEC 3rd <br /> A motion was made to adjourn at 12:00pm.
