Ms. Judd advised that it is a requirement of HUD that <br /> their will be a minimum rent--local housing authorities mist adopt $25.00 or 0.00, A inotioit <br /> was made by Mrs. dills and seconded by Vis. Younger to adopt a fifty dollar ($50.00) <br /> minimum rent policy. The motion carried. <br /> Tenant Association: <br /> No report. <br /> Other Business: <br /> Ms. Rudd brought to the table the possibility of changing the meeting to an earlier time. <br /> Residents did not object as long as it was not later in the evening. A notion was made by Mrs. <br /> Mills and seconded by Ms. Younger to change the meeting time of the Board of <br /> Commissioners to 5;30 p.m. The notion carried. FIs. Reed is to notify Town Hall of this <br /> change. <br /> The next meeting will be August 14, 1997 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> There being no further business to come before this Board, a motion to adjourn was made by <br /> Mrs. Mills and seconded by Ms. Younger.
