However,notion was made by Ms. Fermino to accept the Budget to Actual <br /> Report. Motion seconded by Ms. Younger,unanimous vote. Ms.Rudd did discuss her meeting with Mate <br /> Auditor Kmn Graham and Fee Accountant Mr. Joy regarding the vacation hours submitted to the Board <br /> by Nis.Reed at the Meeting held on February 18, 1998. The hours were corrected,adjusted,and signed b <br /> Mr. Graham and the adjusted amount of vacation hours due Nis.Reed were paid. The Board will look to <br /> set policy around the accrual of comp time for a director. <br /> Progam.Vpdate* <br /> The tenant at the 705 development paid her arrears in full by the court date. <br /> Residents Report: <br /> No report given. <br /> Old Business: <br /> Motion was made by Nis.Fcrrnino to approve the contract between the Nlashpee Housing Authority and <br /> the Bourne Housing Authority utilizing the administrative staff of the Bourne Housing Authority. Motion <br /> seconded by Ms.Peoples,unanimous vote. <br /> New Business: <br /> Motion made by Nis. Ferino to contest unemployment claim filed by IVIS. Reed. Motion seconded by Ms. <br /> Younger,unanimous vote. <br /> In addition to filling the executive director's position,the administrative assistant position is also vacant. <br /> Other Business <br /> Motion made by Nis. Vickery and seconded by Mr. wills to purchase an Electrolux shampooer and <br /> Chairperson's Report: <br /> IVIS.Rudd reported that she,Mr. Graham,and Nis.Ford of Mashpee Village,met to discuss the 11 MRVP <br /> Project Based units that are no longcr under contract by the Mashpec Housing Authority. These 11 units <br /> rcprcscnt$275./month in administrative fees. According to Ms.Ford,she was instructed by NIUA to fill <br /> any unit that became available due to the length of time it was taken Ms.Reed to fill units with applicants <br /> off of the Nlashpee Housing Authority waiting list. Mr. Graham informed Ms. Ford that this was not <br /> approved by DHCD and therefore the contracted units at Nlashpee Village for the Authority remain at 38 <br />
