Rudd requested that the Stag Auditors perform a transitional audit before a new director was hired. Mr.Byron, Mate Auditor Regional Imager, suggested to Ms.Rudd that since the last audit was gust completed October, 1997,and the final copy has not been issued as of yet,that a supplement audit could be done and added to the original audit. Nis.Rudd agreed that this would be hest. Ms. Rudd has contacted DHCD regarding notices sent to the Authority for overdue items. She stated she has explained the present predicament of the Authority and once a director is hired these items will be on thepriority dist. Toni HacIdnson from DHCD range to took at the front entry door of the Authority for some suggestions of creating an automatic locicing system. Locksmith called in and for approximately$60.00,this liability concern was alleviated- Carolyn Turner has requested to tape vacation time in April. Ms. Turner stated that this vacation was previously planned,and although she knows that staffing of the Authority is presently a problem, she will not be refunded her money if she cancels now. Ms. Rudd approved Ms. Turner"s vacation as long as Ibis. Turnerprovided her with n alternative plan in her absence. At : P Motion made by Ms. Fermino to Enter into Executive Session,citing reason# ,to review resumes for executive director's position and to schedule interviews for March 20, 1998. Motion seconded by Ms.Mills,unannnous vote. Reconvened in Open Meeting at 7:50P. Next Regular Meeting scheduled for April 12, 1998. . Motion made by Mr.Peoples to adjourn the Regular Session.
