The phone has not yet beenretumed to them, but <br /> MHA will not be held liable for that. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> � <br /> Review of Contract for Mrs. Botsford: Contract was reviewed. Nation was rade-by <br /> TATs. Mills and seconded by Ids. Younger to approve the contract and submit t <br /> DHCD. The motion was adopted. lll'lrs. Botford#s Il produce the contract in triplicate <br /> and given to MIs. Rudd next Monday to forward to DHC . <br /> Unemployment-hearing for Ids. Reed: Mfrs. Botsford reported that Ms. Deed's attorney <br /> suggested a continuance on the hearing, since both parties did not have enough time <br /> to prepare. MHA agreed and a letter was sent to the attorney verifying the agreement <br /> and that he would notify the INET hearing board. The continuance was denied without <br /> Mrs. Botsford*s knowledge. Since she was not available due to interviews for Admin. <br /> Assistant position, the hearing panel found in favor of Ms. Reed. Mfrs. Botsford <br /> reported that MHA received notification of our right to appeal by May 2 . A discussion <br /> ensued in which the everyone agreed that the appeal should be filed. <br /> Maintenance pay increase: Mrs. Botsford reported that the Dept. of Labor and <br /> Workforce Development rates have carne in and have been increased to $13.60. Ms. <br /> Turner's retro-active payment will be rade to Ms. Turner. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Computer System Upgrade: Mrs. Botsford reported that all new software has been <br /> installed for databases. She reports her computer is working well, however the other <br /> computer is old and not able to run all of the computer programs currently being used. <br /> She had the system analyzed by two different companies. Both agreed that the old <br /> system was not able to support the new programs and recommended a new system. <br /> Mfrs. Botsford has gotten estimates and found a company who has done work in the <br /> past for Bourne Housing Authority whose price beat out the others. Motion was made <br />
