Ms. Budd asked if one of the delinquent tenants was the one vire had <br /> previously gone-to court.on and-Mrs. Botsford_stated_that-she was. ibis. Rudd <br /> instructed Mrs. Botsford to contact Attorney Grace regarding this matter.
