#r <br /> Minutes of the Meetm' g <br /> lash Housing Authority <br /> Board Coiim*ssioners <br /> February 11, 1999 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairperson at 6:38 p.m. and a quorum <br /> declared with the following members present: E. Stuart Peoples, Lorraine Finton, and <br /> Marie Younger. Constance Mills was absent. others in attendance included: Leila <br /> Botsford, Executive Director, Cheryl Burke, Pauline ,Jeffries, and Lois Barthel, residents <br /> of Homeyer village. <br /> SEC ETAI Y S REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on December 10, 1998 were presented. Motion n eras <br /> made by Ids. Fint n and seconded by Ids. Younger to accept the minutes a <br /> presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> T EASU EWS REPORT: <br /> I T: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: The Budget to Actual Deport which reflects the seventh <br /> month of the fiscal year was,presented to the Board for review, as well as the written <br /> treasurer's report. Mrs. Botsford stated that the accountant reported no extraordinary <br /> expenses in this month. <br /> Accounts Pa abler: Payables totaling $5,856.05 were presented to the Board for <br /> review., approval and signatures. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported that for the fifth month in a rover there were <br /> no rent delinquencies at either complex. A motion er as made by Ms. Fint n and <br /> seconded by MIs. Younger to accept the Secretary's report as presented. The <br /> motion was adopted. <br /> PROGRAM UPDATE: <br /> H meyer pillage : Mrs. Botsford reported that all annual recertifi ations for <br /> the 667 and 705 programs have been done. Mrs. Botsford reported that the <br /> social event for February is Bingo again and since there was such a large <br /> interest it gill be offered trice. The community area including the kitchen, <br /> laundry room, and bathroom has been painted and the community room will be <br /> done net month. The tenant association has elected new officers. Mrs. <br /> Botsford reported that she ret with the residents to discuss and negotiate the <br /> written agreement between the tenant association and the housing authority. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that there has been some trouble getting 'snow removal <br /> done by the town so the maintenance person has been doing most of the snow <br />
