r <br /> Grievance Hearing Officer: Mrs. Botsford stated that recently she tried to contact Judy Mills <br /> to introduce herself and provide her with the new grievance procedure. Mrs. Botsford was <br /> unable to locate her and made a recommendation that the board re-appoint an officer. Mrs. <br /> Botsford recommended Louise Patrick, the Mashpee Human Services Director. The Board <br /> agreed to accept Ms. Patrick as the new Grievance Dearing Officer. <br /> Client Computer Station: Mrs. Botsford stated that she would like approval from the board to <br /> see about getting a computer station to make available to all tenants to use. After a brief <br /> discussion it was decided that this would be a good idea. Mrs. Botsford will look into getting <br /> a second-hand computer or upgrading one of the existing office computers and making the old <br /> one available for the computer station. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: No other business was presented. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she had received a correspondence from the Cape Cod <br /> Commission requesting survey information regarding income and rent payments for MRVP <br /> participants. Mrs. Botsford will be working on gathering that information and forwarding it <br /> to them as soon as possible. <br /> Due to the Veterans' flay holiday, the next meeting will be changed from November 11 to <br /> Wednesday, November 10, 1999 at 5:30 PM. <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Ms. Williams to adjourn.
