Mrs. Botsford reported that we have 3 AHVP vouchers, 23 MRVP Mobile, 29 Project Based <br /> Vouchers, 17 Section 8 Certificates, 8 Section 8 Vouchers and oneou � g Choice Voucher <br /> leased in Mashpee. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Section Eight.Mobilities: Mrs. Botsford reported at the last Cape Housing Officials <br /> Organization CHOO meeting the mobility issue was discussed. Mrs. Botsford was able to <br /> stay for the whole meeting due to a prior commitment for a meeting at Town Hall. Mrs. <br /> Botsford reported that, despite a previous agreement not to do so, it appeared that Falmouth <br /> Housing Authority was going to Administer Section Bights in Mashpee and not give them to <br /> MHA to handle. Where are approximately 30 Section Bight Certificates and Vouchers being <br /> administered in Mashpee by Falmouth Housing Authority. Ms. Botsford stated that she was <br /> disappointed that all Cape Housing Authorities were not honoring the agreement, but that <br /> MHA has no control over it. <br /> NIEW BUSINFSS: <br /> Communit Room Use Polis : Mrs. Botsford presented a draft policy to the Board. Auer <br /> brief discussion containing suggestions for changes, it was agreed to table the item until the <br /> next meeting. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: None <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford reported that she had received <br /> a correspondence from Pairwinds requesting a donation from Mashpce Housing Authority, <br /> which she read in part. After a brief discussion a motion was made by Mr. Peoples and <br /> seconded by Ms. Orlando not to make a donation to Fairwinds this year. The motion <br /> carried. <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had also received a request from the Mashpee Conons Limited <br /> Partnership requesting a copy of the housing authority's TAP report and a copy of the <br /> omeyer Village floor dans as they are exploring several scenarios for providing affordable <br /> housing units in Mashpee. . It was decided that the housing authority would provide both <br /> items to them. <br /> The next meeting will be Thursday, January 13, 2000 at :30 PM- <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Ms. Orlando to adjourn.
