Stuart Peoples, Gina Orlando <br /> and Laverne Williams. Lord Proton was excused. Also in attendance was Lela <br /> Botsford, ExectAtive Director, and Lois Barthel and Cheryl Burke, residents of Homeyer <br /> Village <br /> SECRETARYSREPORT: <br /> Minutes for regular meeting held on February 3, 2000 were presented. Motion was <br /> made by Ms, Williams and seconded by Mr. Peoples to accept the minutes as <br /> presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURERS ( PORT: <br /> Budget-to Actual and Narrative; The Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee- <br /> accountant, <br /> e- <br /> a untant, was presented to the Board, which represented the eighth month of the <br /> fiscal year. illus. Botsford stated that all tine-items were within budget and that, since <br /> DCD has improvements at both developments, account 6510 gill be decreasing in the <br /> months to come to bring it in line with the budgeted amount. Mrs. Botsford reported <br /> that, since she was unable to give a written treasurer's report last month, there are two <br /> reports to give this month. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $9,037.46 were presented to the Board for <br /> review, approval and signatures. <br /> Rept li,ue :, Mrs. Botsford stated that all runts at both developments have <br /> been aid in full. Mrs. Botsford reported that there was Bingo this month as <br /> usual. Mrs. Botsford reported that all recertifications. have been done and next will be <br /> annual inspections. Mrs. Botsford reported that there was a quarterly fire-drill earlier in <br /> th6 week. Most residents rade it out in about five minutes. The fire department would <br /> like to try for three minutes or less next time. Mrs. Botsford reported that she met with <br /> the residents of Homeyer Village to review, in detail, the budget for this year, the fire <br /> drill, and to notify then of the Community Boom Use Policy <br />
