Old arnstable Road X705): Mrs. Botsford reported that re ertifi atlons are done with <br /> the exception of one for a resident who has not fully complied. Mrs. Botsford reported <br /> that she is in the process of getting estimates from contractors for the countertop <br /> replacement in all units at Breezy Acres. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she met with Laura Shufelt again this rnonfh and is <br /> preparing a presentation for the Selectman in which we will detail the development we <br /> wish to do on the land requested from the Town. This presentation will be within the <br /> net couple weeps sometime. Mrs. Botsford is waiting to hear from Mr. Whrlttenour as <br /> to the date and time. Mrs. Botsford reported that, in addition to requesting the land, <br /> she has also requested that the Town form an affordable housing committee. Mrs. <br /> Botsford reported that she had received a lever of support from Representative Caffyn <br /> which will be made part of the presentation to the Selectmen. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that she applied for a grant from So. Middlesex x pportunity <br /> Council to replace all refrigerators. Representatives from the Council carne out on <br /> February 22 to test all refrigerators and Mrs. Botsford is waiting to herr from therm. <br /> Mrs. Botsford reported that vire have 3 AHVP vouchers, 21 MRVP Mobile, 29 Project <br /> Based Vouchers, 13 Section 8 Certificates, 8 Section 8 Touchers and 2 Housing <br /> Choice Voucher leased in Mashpee. <br /> OLD 1E5 : <br /> Update on TAP grant: Mrs. Botsford reiterated that she and Laura Shufelt have been <br /> concentrating on preparing a presentation to the Selectmen to show what the housing <br /> authority would hope to develop on the land, should they support the transfer. Mrs. <br /> Botsford reported that she had received a letter of support from Representative Caffyn <br /> which will be made part of the presentation to the Selectmen. <br /> HEW BU51HESSID <br /> None <br /> 4 <br /> OTHER BUSIHE S: Mrs. Botsford reported that she had received the BOAST report from <br /> DHCD. she responded, as required, to the items that needed addressing and provided <br /> all members of the Board rnrith copies of the report and her response. Mrs. Botsford <br /> stated that she was very pleased with the report and felt that DHCD was very fair. Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that several of the areas of concern have already been addressed and <br /> she is working on the development of a routine maintenance schedule and completing <br /> the Management pian. <br />
